By downloading, installing, or using the PipReaper desktop application, mobile application, Telegram bots, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PipReaper provides AI-powered forex trading signals and an optional automated execution bot for MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The Service includes signal delivery via Telegram, a desktop trading bot, a mobile companion app, and a web-based management dashboard.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to forex trading in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for determining whether forex trading is legal where you reside.
4. License & Usage
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent license protection or activation limits
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
- All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of paid plans. Refund requests after 7 days or on renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@pipreaper.online to request a refund.
7. No Financial Advice
PipReaper is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment firm. All signals, analysis, and automation tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes personalised financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
8. Risk Acknowledgement
Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose. Please read our Risk Disclosure for more information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipReaper and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading capital — arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, code, models, algorithms, branding, and materials (collectively, "IP") are owned by PipReaper. Your licence does not grant ownership of any IP.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your licence is revoked and you must uninstall all copies of the software.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PipReaper is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
